Rigging Day
Required Junior Program Rigging Day for all Sabot sailors to check their boats are fully rigged prior to the start of the summer sailing program.

Friday Night BBQ
Join us for the first Friday Night BBQ of the summer season! Reminder: there is no Friday Night Racing for the first BBQ.
Cruise to Avalon
Join us for the Avalon Cruise from June 8th to 10th!
Plan to arrive on Sunday, June 8th for happy hour with appetizers on the host boat followed by dinner at the M Restaurant. Monday, June 9th will include excursions such as hiking, a ride to airport, bison tour, scavenger hunt, visit to the museum, casino tour and lunch at Descanso. The afternoon is left free for time to relax. Dinner is at Topside, located in the Conservancy Trailhead building. Tuesday the 10th is departure day.
We have reserved a block of rooms at a hotel in Avalon so those without boats are able to come along for the fun. All participants are welcome with or without boats. Please RSVP to Barbara Wall at (949) 294-7904.

Junior Commodore's Cup
Hosted by the Lido Isle Junior Yacht Club Board, this regatta is not to be missed! It is a great warmup for the summer racing season! The Lido Isle Snack Bar will be open and you’ll have a great view of the racing.

Midsummer Regatta
One of LIYC’s only two day regattas, the Midsummer Regatta is a great opportunity for sailors to move up! Races will take place in the channel just off the LIYC docks or in the basin east of LIYC dependent on registrations and wind direction. The Lido Isle Snack Bar will be open.
Opening Day
Join us for the summer season kick-off! Come celebrate with a fun island parade, ceremony, brunch and dock party and boat viewing.

CANCELLED - Koll Family Spring Dinghy Regatta
Due to low registration numbers, we’ve cancelled the 2025 Koll Family Spring Dinghy Regatta. We hope you’ll join us at our next LIYC regatta, the Junior Commodore’s Cup, on June 22nd. Please be sure to register early if you’re interested!

Junior Program Registration Open
Don’t forget to register for the Junior Summer Sailing Program. Lido Isle Yacht Club is known for its amazing Junior Program with sailing opportunities for ages 4.5+ and its multiple fun regattas throughout the year with the best trophies around. Registration late fee goes into effect May 15th and closes June 9th, 2025.
Welcome Back Fiesta
Join us for the first event of the new year! We missed seeing our LIYC friends over the holidays and what better way to celebrate coming together than with a fun party!
